Terrific property and location for Durham visits. Close to Duke campus. Liz has thoughtfully decorated and stocked the house to make one feel very much at home. We look forward to staying again.

Very pet friendly. The host is beyond amazing. My nephew who’s 3 years old was in town which made the stay more amazing because the house also caters to children of all ages. There were toys and kitchen items that cater to kids and pets. The kitchen is completely organized to T as well. Very easy to find things. The host has the best communication top tier I’ve stayed at a lot places this was the best. Very family oriented house. The backyard is also a great plus and probably the highlight of my stay.

We have stayed in Casa Verde twice now. Once with our adult kids at Thanksgiving and once as a couple to visit the grandkids. The house was amazing both times. Spotless, really well stocked and totally comfortable. Felt like home, especially after a busy day chasing toddlers at the park. Exactly like the pictures. The screened in porch is the perfect spot for morning coffee. And the owner is really nice and really responsive to any inquiry. I would (and will!) stay again. Not one thing I can complain about. And I’m very picky.
